STATUS: Full-time
SALARY: $50,000 - 52,950

LOCATION: New Haven, CT (Hybrid with 1-2 days weekly in the office)
OVERVIEW: The Love146 Survivor Care Intake and Program Coordinator is a full-time position. The Survivor Care Intake and Program Coordinator oversees the intake process and coordinates other program activities to support implementation of the Connecticut Survivor Care Program.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program Intake:
- Serve as the primary coordinator and contact person for all referrals to, and general inquiries regarding, the Survivor Care Program.
- Assess intakes to ensure they meet program eligibility.
- Input intakes into database.
- Follow-up on any missing information required to complete intakes.
- Once intakes are completed, share information with appropriate staff to facilitate service delivery.
Program Coordination and Implementation Support:
- Assist in ensuring that proper program procedures are adhered to.
- Provide operational support to the program.
- Oversee Rapid Response backpack production and dissemination.
- Coordinate all aspects of internal professional training.
- Communication and coordination with outside vendors for Survivor Care, examples: translation services and security apps
- Additional program coordination support, as assigned, including assistance with program meeting logistics and technical support.
- Collaborate and participate in Love146 meetings.
Reporting and Team Interaction:
- Work with program directors and other departments, as needed, to receive, track, process and facilitate the distribution of staff and client-related programmatic supplies.
- Support and contribute to the coordination and/or production of program-related documentation and written materials relating to specific projects/programs.
- Assist with data tracking and reporting.
- Assist with producing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as required by the program.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor in a related field, such as human services or social work preferred.
- Experience with a trauma-informed organization is highly desired.
- One to two years of experience, experience providing programmatic support in a nonprofit preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience with written and verbal use of Spanish in a professional capacity required.
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and exercise judgment and discretion.
- Highly motivated and organized, possessing a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently; to be flexible while still achieving goals.
- Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction.

- Proficient in relevant computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Internet applications (e.g., Google Docs), and Salesforce.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to collaborate in the creation of meaningful reports demonstrating project impact.
- Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, current automobile insurance, and access to a reliable car.
WORKING CONDITIONS
The incumbent must spend long hours sitting, using office equipment and performing computer operations, which requires intense mental and visual concentration and eye-hand coordination. The incumbent is located in a busy, open office area with regular interruptions which may cause stress. The incumbent is required to deal with a wide variety of people on various issues.
